The Gannochy Trust was founded in 1937 by Scottish businessman and philanthropist Arthur Kinmond Bell, known as A.K. Bell. His unique approach to philanthropy has matured into a lasting legacy that has improved the quality of life of many thousands of people, not only in Perth but all over Scotland.
The Gannochy Trust provide almost 300 houses for rent; manages an estate of 700 acres, including farms and woodlands; and funds charities, both in Perth and Kinross and across Scotland. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our much-loved colleague and friend, Fiona Russell, Grants and Finance Manager.
Fiona has been a central member of the Gannochy Trust team for over 23 years and her professionalism, compassion, and commitment has made a lasting impact on the work of the Trust and those we support. The Trust would not be the organisation it is today without Fiona’s contribution and she will be hugely missed by staff, Trustees, partners and anyone who is connected with the Trust.
Our thoughts and sincere condolences are with Fiona’s husband Paul, family, and friends during this difficult time.
